Blueberry Lavender Rose Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Honey Mama’s Lavender Rose bar
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 c. coconut water
  • 2 T. coconut butter (also called: coconut manna or coconut cream concentrate)
  • 1 medjool date

Optional Toppings

  • coconut flakes
  • nibs
  • dried rose petals
  • tahini
  • hemp seeds

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend 30-45 seconds.
  2. Pour into glass jar and enjoy!
