Ingredients
- 1 ounce Honey Mama’s Lavender Rose bar
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 c. coconut water
- 2 T. coconut butter (also called: coconut manna or coconut cream concentrate)
- 1 medjool date
Optional Toppings
- coconut flakes
- nibs
- dried rose petals
- tahini
- hemp seeds
Directions
- Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender, and blend 30-45 seconds.
- Pour into glass jar and enjoy!
