Ingredients:
- Juice of 2 oranges, about 2/3 cup
- Juice of 2 limes, about 1/4 cup
- 2 oz. carrot juice
- 3 oz. mezcal
- 1 oz. tequila
- 1 1/2 T. agave
- 12 drops orange bitters
- Kosher salt
- Habanero chili powder
- 1 lime, sliced into wedges
- 1 Honey Mama's Carrot Cake Blonde Truffle Bar, cut into slices
Directions:
- Mix kosher salt and chili powder in a shallow dish. Rub a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses, then dip the glasses in the chili salt mixture. Fill each glass with ice cubes. Set aside.
- Mix orange, lime, and carrot juice in a glass measuring cup. Add agave, mezcal, tequila, and orange bitters. Pour half the mixture into a cocktail shaker, fill with ice, and seal. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, then strain into one of the glasses. Garnish with a lime wedge and one piece of Honey Mama's. Repeat with remaining mixture.
